We offer an end-to-end outsourced finance function such that an SMME can focus on building and growing their business instead of hiring and managing accountants and finance resources. We have designed a system that will efficiently allow us to process your procurement transactions including supplier invoices and allocate your supplier payments. We will also maintain your trial balance and all accounting transactions to ensure that your financial statements are accurately reported. We will also maintain your VAT 201 returns with SARS and provide you insightful management reporting.

We do not charge on an hourly basis for our standard finance packages but rather a monthly fixed based on the size of the client and the number of monthly transactions. A micro business with 50 – 200 transactions per month will pay a monthly fixed fee of ranging from R1,500 – R4,200 per month and incrementally higher fees for small businesses with more than 200 transactions per month.

Our outsourced payroll package includes payroll processing, overtime, leave maintenance, monthly SARS payroll returns (EMP 201) and UIF returns. The monthly fee scales are applied based on a number of employees with micro businesses fees ranging from R1,000 – R2,600 per month for companies with 2 – 10 employees and incrementally higher fees for small business with 11 employees and higher.  

Yes, we provide other services like HR governance and employee relations. The hourly rate card for these services accounts for the experience and knowledge needed to fulfil the demands of the client. Additionally, there is a choice between an hourly charge or a fixed compensation % for talent management and recruitment services.
